Shipping policy

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Signed for delivery within 2-3 working days, unless you choose a Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day option at checkout. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Shipments can take up to three business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a £15 flat fee for worldwide shipping (DHL Worldwide Air) for all international orders, depending on the destination. Customs fees and taxes are not included in the shipping cost.

Tax & Duty (International shipping) 

Please note the customer is responsible for any duty fees or import taxes associated with their order. Fees are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country based on the value of the order and due upon delivery. In the event the shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
